Post 9/11 Fallen Service Member Memorial - New York City

One of four Finalists in an international design contest by the NYC Department of Veterans’ Services in partnership with the Department of Cultural Affairs, the Department of Transportation, and the Economic Development Corporation to design a memorial honoring New York City’s fallen service members of the Post-9/11 generation.

The Memorial will pay tribute to those who lost their lives in combat operations conducted in support of Overseas Contingency Operations—specifically Operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, New Dawn, Inherent Resolve, and Freedom’s Sentinel—associated with the Global War on Terror.
